If you need to view receipts for your CrashPlan for Small Business subscription for accounting, tax, or other business purposes, you can use the CrashPlan console to do so.
Note: We are not able to automatically send monthly invoices or receipts via email.
Viewing subscriptions purchased after November 2016
- Sign in to the CrashPlan console.
- Click Account.
- Click View Current Billing Information to view receipts for subscriptions you purchased after November 2016.
Managing subscriptions purchased before November 2016
- Sign in to the CrashPlan console.
- Click Account.
- View receipts under Previous Billing History for subscriptions you purchased before November 2016.
