I need a receipt or invoice (CrashPlan for Small Business FAQ)

If you need to view receipts for your CrashPlan for Small Business subscription for accounting, tax, or other business purposes, you can use the CrashPlan console to do so.

Note: We are not able to automatically send monthly invoices or receipts via email.

Viewing subscriptions purchased after November 2016

  1. Sign in to the CrashPlan console.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Click View Current Billing Information to view receipts for subscriptions you purchased after November 2016.

Managing subscriptions purchased before November 2016

  1. Sign in to the CrashPlan console.
  2. Click Account.
  3. View receipts under Previous Billing History for subscriptions you purchased before November 2016.
