If you are downloading files using the CrashPlan app and need to pause the restore job, you can do so using the following steps:
- Sign in to the CrashPlan app.
- Choose Downloads in the upper-right corner.
- Click Pause.
The download is paused. If you pause a download in the middle of a large file, the CrashPlan app will resume progress from the beginning of the file.
To resume the download after you've paused it:
- Sign in to the CrashPlan app.
- Choose Downloads in the upper-right corner.
- Click Resume.
The download is resumed.
If your download is interrupted, for example by power loss or by shutting down your device, the download resumes when you restart the device and launch the CrashPlan app.
